Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 9999php's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your 9999php account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to identity verification requirements.
9999php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
